Jeff is practiced in car electronics and this was apparent in his knowledge and expertise built over many years experience. To my layman's eyes I was amazed at the the number of wires feeding into others within the dash as he installed and coupled up the rear view camera. It was his first time on a Q5 and he took his time in researching on his laptop when further information was required. Jeff likes company whilst fitting and we conversed affably during the fit. The camera is an asset but I find that I have to engage reverse twice for the direction element to work, I accept that this is the process as mine is manual not automatic. I would recommend his services to anyone.
