Customers don't matter...

I have used Moniques for 15yrs and very sad to leave a bad review but feel I cannot use this hairdresser anymore.
My last few appointments have gone downhill, hair not washed properly etc. I was made to stand throughout my last cut due to 'the length of my hair' yet still charged full price.
I politely asked for a manager to call to get past these issues but after 2 requests it seems they cannot be bothered.
Such a shame that loyalty counts for nothing here. I will be voting with my feet

Standing up during a hair cut is so you don't get graduation within the hair cut you have to remember the people that wash your hair have been shampooing all day long and most likely have sore hands so therefore the hot water and shampoo will sting them also being a manager is hard espiacially when most of the regular clients want the manager to do there hair therefor it's unlikely there even get a break to themselves
