Contacted Stuart about a laptop that was running EXTREMELY slowly. I was able to drop it off straight away. Within a couple of hours Stuart contacted me to let me know what was wrong with it and with possible suggestions of what we could do to fix it. I went with his advice and a new hard drive was ordered, all my data and files were backed up, the new hard drive was installed, as well as all my files and data and everything was fixed and up and running a few days later. He was so professional and did an amazing job. It was a very reasonable cost as well! He was even willing to give me advice about other computer products. Will definitely use again and will definitely recommend to anyone I know who needs any sort of computer work done! I am well impressed!
