RSA completed high level work on my property this summer, taking down a chimney stack and capping it, replacement facias boards and guttering. From beginning to end, it was a great experience and I was happy to have Richard and Alex on the premises. Clear comminication and project coordination, great attention to detail; Richard thinks outside of the box and was able to access an area over my conservatory and side porch which others said could not be reached. Richard has an unrivalled depth of property knowledge and took time to fix things he saw needed to be done, such as replacing missing roof tiles and tightening velux windows frames whilst he was working at height.
I look forward to working with him again on my other property projects.

John came to my rescue after three weeks with no heating due to an issue with a wireless thermostat and being unable to secure the services of another tradesman. Many of the other tradesmen I called told me that they only serviced or fitted boilers. When I called, John was working on another job, but promised to call me when he was finished. I was relieved to hear he had the necessary skills to work on the whole heating system. He was true to his word, called towards the end of the day and had fitted a new wireless thermostat and programmer within an hour of arriving, resolving the issue. I was really impressed with John's problem solving, experience and professionalism and will use him going forward for all my central heating needs. Thank you John!
