Andrew is very polite and courteous and happily offers advice on what needs doing and when maintenance is required again. I have two neighbouring conifers whose trunks are perilously close to my new fencing and we discussed when I would need to think about contacting the owner for avoiding pressure on the structure etc. Also great tips for cleaning patios!
