Found a jacket, and bought it from Coneys by ordering on line. Had no confirmation email, even after emailing them myself. So rang them up, and was told jacket would be delivered the next day. Meanline, I found that that Paypal had reimbursed me. A second phonecall to Coneys customer sevice department was made, where after some confusion I was told that in fact my jacket had been sold in one of their stores after my online purchase, the reason given was that because I'd ordered it after 3pm on a Saturday, their stock is not updated until the Monday. So why sell online if they are unable to deliver? plus I was told that they sent an email to me, which they clearly did not.
A completely amateur service. Avoid purchasing anything from them online, and dont expect brilliant customer service either.
