ordered some kitchen units ect. called b an q customer service with a question about my units .they could not answer my question was told I would be transferred to shop .on hold for another 10 min .was hung up on .so called at 20.20 last night told the young lady I wanted to cancel my order .was told putting you through .on hold again hung up on twice .finally at 20.45 got to speak to a guy who sid he could not cancel my order .I would have to refuse delivery on 13/8/2019 .really can not see the point of putting order on the wagon in 5 days to go straight back ,then I would have to call on 14/8/2019 to cancel and get a refund .

had to have timing belt and new water pump on my kuga great service from mark and the lads .job done could not ask for more
