I bought a bike for my son for Christmas. The threading in the pedal wasn’t right and broke a couple of months later I’ve since contacted the shop to ask if there is anything they can do and not even received so much as a reply! Poor poor poor customer service! Will not purchase from them again.

I called advanced mobile tyres at the end of a working day having hit a pot hole on my way home 5.30pm unsure if I would be successful. He came straight out to meet me was friendly, helpful and exceptional price. Great service. Thank you.

Took my children to water world and ended up having to get a new tyre due to a flat. Was told that I had 1,000 miles left max on front two tyres also. 1,000 miles later went to my local branch of kwik fit Northwich. To be told it was actually my tyre pressure too low and there was plenty of tread left - they then went on to sort my tyre pressure for me at no cost. Stoke were obviously just trying to make extra money and poor customer service!!! thank goodness my local branch is Northwich with excellent customer service!!!

Contacted this company on line for information. Dawn answered almost immediately and answered all my questions. The guy who collected the doors (sorry unsure of name) gave us lots of helpful advice and even invited us down to show us some of the finishes before we finished our doors. The doors following stripping were excellent. They won our buisness over others as they took time out to help us and we will be going back when we are ready to do the rest.
