Unprofessional clinic

Appointment cancelled on no notice, very unprofessional and i had taken time off work and travelled and was not even given an apology
Had i done the same and missed my appointment they would have not bothered refunding me i am sure from the attitude this clinic

Hi, thank you for your feedback. Very occassionally we may have to reschedule appointments if a therapist is sick and we have not been able to arrange cover. This will always be the last resort and we do our best to cover any missed days including using a reputable temp agency. If we do have to reschedule we aim to do so as quickly as possible and would normally offer a complimentary treatment or facial if it is at the last minute and someone has taken a day off work for the treatment. Our policy is if your are in any way unhappy with your service, get in touch and we will do our best to put it right. I can assure you that we do our best to be 100% professional at all times.
