From the initial inquiries to the work itself, Jadon was brilliant; he was knowledgeable, friendly and very patient with my many questions. He gave me advice and a comprehensive and clear quote for a new boiler. I particularly appreciated the breakdown of exactly what was being paid for and its cost. On the day, my Nan was the one present and couldn’t speak highly enough of how friendly, polite and professional Jadon and his colleague were. The new boiler installation was also completed quickly and efficiently - all done within half a day, including disposal of old boiler and clean up! I was very impressed upon returning from work to see how clean and tidy they’d left everything. Work itself was done to a high standard and all in working order, and I appreciated that Jadon also followed up after to make sure I was happy and to come out to sort a minor issue I’d had. Overall excellent work and service and I wouldn’t hesitate to use JJ Heating & Plumbing again and to recommend them!
