Where to begin, in short, if you can find another vet in Enfield. DO IT! don't even set foot towards this (so called) vets They have zero compassion, zero empathy, no idea how to speak to clients except in a very harsh aggressive manor. In one phone call the (so called) vet basically wouldn't even let me finish my sentences before speaking right over me. If you make a complaint to their head office they hand the complaint straight back to the person you're complaining about, not helpful. I witnessed people being allowed to make split up payments towards treatment and yet when I asked the same question I was told they don't do this. They keep on dreaming up more tests for you to spend your money on when trying to diagnose issues. Instead of using what should be a vast knowledge of being a vet. I don't think they should be called companion care vets, because they don't care, except for taking your money. Really they should be called companion Bank. I have a lot more I could write.
