When we decided to get the patio done we approached several companies, most of them more interested in talking money than showing their knowledge and expertise. Neil enthusiastically described what he would do, and how it would be achieved. This is someone who clearly knows what he is doing, and we liked how he had a solution for every scenario.
We have a raised patio with steps down the side, and we are very pleased with the good work that went into preparing the ground properley through to laying the slabs and the sleeper flowerbed boundary.
I am actually writing this review 5 years after we had the patio done, and the reason for this is that last year we noticed some of the bricks running alongside the steps had come loose. I contacted Neil to see if he could check on them, and he immediately offered to re-set the bricks for us - no charge.
I'm not used to this level of service, so I am very happy to recommend Neil and his team if you are looking to have work done. Top man.
