Just called Stephen as my Yaris Crossover won’t start. He was on holiday but took my call and advised me to call the dealer as the car was under 3 years old and under warranty. Also advised to go to trading standards or transport ombudsman if needed. What a refreshingly helpful and honest guy! When my service contract ends with Toyota I’m going back to Stephen for future services. Can’t recommend highly enough. Have a good holiday Stephen you deserve it!
