Jordan carried out a Baxi combi boiler replacement for us. He provided friendly advice on the type & size of boiler followed by a competitive quote. The work was carried out to a good standard & carpets etc were protected during the work, with all rubbish removed on completion. On the day of the boiler change I asked Jordan if he could carry out additional work to the existing boiler pipework which he gladly accepted & got on with, no moans & groans. This additional work extended the duration of the job however Jordan worked tirelessly into the early evening to ensure that we had heating & hot water back on. From the quotation through to completion Jordan always kept us informed of his plans & progress plus he was punctual which was pleasing. We would definitely use Jordan again & recommend him for plumbing & heating works.
