I recently called in on the off chance that I could get my scooter serviced. I’d not been to this shop before and was desperate to get my scooter fixed as I was going away in a few days. The woman in the shop who I now know was called Kerry said she would have a look at it for me as I had it in the car. She had it all apart, fixed a long term squeak, checked the wiring and then realised it was the forward and reverse levers had been bent out of place. This prevented me from engaging the motor properly meaning it limped along a 2mph. This must’ve been done by the people storing it while I was away previously. Phew what a relief and easily fixed. Kerry cleaned up the scooter and gave it back to me in much better condition that I took it in to her. Then came the clincher. When I asked how much, she said nothing as she didn’t have to do much. Oh my days. Aren’t there some lovely people out there. Kerry is definitely one of them. I couldn’t recommend this business more highly.
