Not sure who was the receptionist on the 14th, but was totally useless and aggressive towards customers. Kwik fit needs to start doing drug tests and hire people after proper screening.. These guys ruin the reputation of any company.

I went in for a Tyre change during mid-day and was asked to wait for an extra half an hour (beyond the appointment time). When the job was done had to wait for another extra 20 minutes until I got my receipt for the job.

Do not recommend this place to anyone. Its a total waste of time
