Rude and horrible reception staff. Not helpful at all. Bad service

And got order wrong, half family finished whilst half waiting for desserts. Got kids working with no idea of customer service.

Payed extra to book presidential suite. As you walk threw to the room, the whole hotel smells horrible.
When you get the room, a standard room at travel lodge is better than the presidential room here.

Carpet is wornout, roof got visible cracks, bathroom is really old and dirty. Thank you but i rather sleep on the street than this smelly room.

I finished work and rushed to the bank. As I was the last customer, staff weren't interested in helping me, had bad attitude towards customers.

bad food with complimentary disgusting service.
