Punctured my tyre the evening before a long journey the following day for a special occasion. Purchased the tyre on JCS website (outside opening hours) to be fixed the following day. The tyre that I’d purchased was not available until the afternoon and I needed the tyre sorting on the morning. JCS we’re friendly, helpful and really responsive, allowed me to change to a different tyre which they had in stock, and kindly came to fit the tyre within the hour. Absolutely superb service, highly recommend.
