The call out mechanic was very arrogant and authoritative. Moreover he was not wearing a mask and hardly kept any distance. Phew..😰. I would like to state that the whole problem was the behaviour of the mechanic and not the company - Unity Recovery.

Staff member was sitting inside the booking office with all lights switched off and sitting at the far end. When conversing with him, it was obvious he just wanted to make a quick booking without properly listening to what was being said. I found him to be very rude and unhelpful.

One of the oldest taxi company in Leicester which provided such a good services. Things have changed. When called, the phone operator was so rude and unprofessional. Sad.
