Wanted T-zone highlights and to my horror, she put a full head of foils and weird colour highlights. Shockingly poor hairdressing skills. No managers about, nobody seemed to be in charge. Dark salon, poor skills.

Professional, very friendly service. One not good experience but found it still the best hairdresser in a 10 mile radius!

I have taken long expensive occasion dresses and jeans, skirts, layered chiffon dresses, tops . From complicated adjustments to last minute holidays adjustments, they have provided an excellent service. Panic over, saved the day, thanks to this wonderful tailor shop!

I had no problem with the language. Answered the phone promptly and made arrangements on a date. I thought they would be good as the guy was very keen.
I was wrong - on the agreed date, nobody called, turned up. Very disappointed.
This problem seems to happen frequently on many companies in scrap and building trade business - whether it be English.Irish or any other - nobody seems to be really interested.
Clearly, businesses like these are making so much money, they can't be bothered.

Just admiring flowers as we were passing by. I happen to snap a picture of the Christmas wreaths and was abruptly told not to take pictures!
Okay, won't buy anything from this shop and prefer a large high street store where customer service is excellent.
Why won't small business learn customer services and stop treating people like this. A

Walked into the bakery and asked for cheese and onion pastie. Woman serving replied very arrogantly that they don't do vegetarian food and went on to say they only only do meat;
Shallow or simple to think I was a Vegetarian - all I asked for cheese/onion.
Their sausage rolls are very poor quality, shop bland, plain, and poor customer service - will never go there again.
