Jim (owner/sales) was very professional and informative, and unlike other companies, he didn’t try to put pressure on us to place an order. Chris (surveyor) was very approachable, whilst remaining professional, and was very thorough. Extra special mention to Zoe (office) who was extremely patient when our order needed to be amended due to a minor structural issue. John was very polite, professional, and patient, both on the telephone, and during his visit. He arranged a next day appointment, and thoroughly explained everything that he was doing to the washing machine, what the options were, and answered all of my questions. He was very careful not to cause too much mess, and cleaned everything up afterwards. He was also particularly patient with the lino, which had rucked up, underneath the washing machine. I would highly recommend John, and will definitely contact him again, when we need another repair.

This week, Jon returned to replace the motor in our chimney cooker hood. Whilst fault finding, he was extremely patient to identify the exact cause of the problem. He outlined all the available options, and returned to replace the part. As always, professional, polite and puts you at ease. A fab workman.

My husband and I visited the Norwich showroom to make enquiries about mobility scooters. Having never owned one, we arrived with a long list of questions, and were there for several hours. Terry Holden - Acting Showroom Manager - answered all of our questions, and talked us through the various options and different scooters available. He made the necessary adjustments to the scooters, to enable us to test drive them, which we both felt was an incredible opportunity, and has offered us a real insight into what we may wish to purchase in the future.

We noticed that Terry was working alone that day, and dealing with 4-5 different sets of customers at the same time. We would like to commend Terry’s ability to juggle the different needs of each group of customers, whilst offering very good customer care, and remaining very attentive and calm. He is a credit to your company.

Adam is a great guy, excellent plasterer, very clean and very tidy. He probably left my house cleaner when he left, than when he arrived. I'm a difficult customer to please, but I was extremely pleased with his level of work. Also, I felt comfortable with having him around the house. Thank you ever so much Adam, a job well done.
