I was left standing in the rain one Saturday, heavily pregnant and they did not offer me a chair outside or have any empathy at all, or even attempt to make space. there is a sense of different treatment also when it comes to POC, which I never assume but it is definitely felt & noticed by many who visit here. I had a mask as this was prior to the restrictions being lifted too so I could’ve easily been let in even to stand out of the rain at least! once inside, after a long while, There was still no attempt to accommodate me & discussions were happening near empty chairs so I couldn’t get there due to get a seat & they still did not to attempt to assist in any way. Instead A customer kindly offered me her seat! they saw my dog but didn’t take much time with her considering she was very ill & just gave loads of expensive meds! gave two options and could not narrow it down to a diagnosis. other emergency vets I spoke to had diagnosed her straight away. They went money - No care at all!
