Tom took on the job of rectifying our 13 pin electrics at really short notice, early on a Saturday morning, he was totally confident of the timescale he could rectify it in and completed the entire job in little more than half of the time that others had quoted for the same service, and whats more he did it to the highest of standards using dedicated parts for our vehicle (which he even had in stock). A totally professional job undertaken by a very thorough, knowledgeable and extremely pleasant engineer - from now on he will solely be looking after all of our towbar-needs across our entire vehicle fleet. A very highly recommended company to deal with. Finally, a big thank you for saving our holiday Tom (we set off tomorrow).

This is the second time in about a month that I have used Phillip Cooper Ltd, and the second time in a month that I've had great tickets at a realistic price combined with good old fashioned personal service. Whats more, I had given hope of finding tickets for this particular show (having missed the original release date by a couple of weeks), but Philip sourced them because he clearly knows his industry very well after many years experience of operating in it. As for the show....well, perhaps suffice to say we cannot think of a live event we have ever enjoyed as much as we did this one, Queen with Adam Lambert are absolutely fantastic entertainment ! Thanks Phillip, for working so hard to make the night properly memorable for us !
