What a fantastic gym Cardio Core is. The classes are fabulous. The trainers are lovely and you can have training tailored to suit you as well. It’s so welcoming and a fun place. There are all ages here too. It’s a proper community without being clicky.. nothing is too much trouble for Sarah and her amazing team x

Fantastic service. Friendly and professional. Wonderful advice and the colour was perfect. The products used are eco friendly and excellent quality - my hair is still lovely and shiny. What I really was impressed with is that I got exactly what I asked for in terms of how I wanted my hair cut. Lovely cuppa and chat too. I have already booked my next appointment.
