Called Mantis originally as I prefer dealing with local companies. Jamie came within an hour and was immediately on top of the problem. Fantastic follow up service too. I would highly recommend this friendly and professional company to anyone!

I was with Plusnet a few years ago and they were great........NOT ANYMORE. Shocking service and attitude. They couldn't care less!!! Ended up being cut off when they were unable to provide the service (fibre) they sold to me.

I used these lovely chaps before - for my Dad's house, and they were fantastic then!!

From this previous experience, I asked them to quote for my business and went ahead with it. It was a slightly tricky one and they came up with the perfect solution for what I was wanting to achieve. Not only that, they thought outside the box and even manufactured brackets and cover so the unit could go in the ideal position. And had tested the idea in their workshop before installation.

They went above and beyond to make sure the job was right! On budget and on time, despite the extra wee bits.

I'd also like to add that they are lovely people and it was a please having them here!

The care, compassion and understanding was second to none. I am a funeral director myself and would highly recommend RW Roberts. They could not have done more to look after the bereaved family, whom I consider to be my own family! Having an Independent, family run funeral parlour myself I believe a personal, caring, professional and dignified service is something all funeral parlours should strive for. This company, from my experience, does not need to strive, the lads have achieved it!

Great service, just a drink or food. All food I've had has been quality homemade!! Themed nights fantastic. Can well vouch for Tapas Tuesday!! Looking forward to trying the Steak Thursday!!! Suggest booking though (and who'd have thought that for a Tuesday?).
