Very happy with the speed of response to pricing and completing drain repairs and the work done. The engineer was helpful in explaining how some work listed in a drain survey produced by a different company was not required which resulted in a lower repair cost. I would use this company again and recommend them to others.

I contacted ARC to obtain a specific structural defect appraisal report on my home for my insurance company. I was pleased that Raj was able to do the inspection within a short timeframe, he was very thorough, highlighted the problem areas to me and explained the likely causes and potential solutions. I received the report the same evening with photos, conclusions and recommendations. I was very happy with the service received and would recommend this company.
