The state agent people, especially the sale team and even the complain department are a bunch of highwayman's and tricksters that are dealing with backhanded cash. by that i mean if you give them some cash then you are more likely wining the property if you don't give them CASH then you are the looser and there will be a lot of bulshit that they can say if you make a complaint. I made a higher offer for a property but they decide to sale it to the friend with a lower offer and also they were telling me different things every time I was calling them, i never heard anything twice always new lies
