Dave is such a lovely guy! funny, genuine and honest! Just what we needed. He did an outstanding job too! actually have contracted them to do yearly services too as well as the main installation of CCTV, door security, keypad and other bits. As they did a brilliant job. Everything went smoothly, no issue even installing all types of security into the property and was prompt. We were all very impressed with all the equiptment and being shown how everything worked, especially pleased that he went over and above to deliver a perfect service. I cannot fault Ability Security. We also love that they are a family business so we know who to expect on each visit as the faces become more familiar.
