Dave organised a house clearance for us last month. I was very impressed with his clear communication, standard of service, and good pricing. I particularly appreciated the way he identified which items would be of interest to a local charity, and helped liaise with them to ensure that they could pick up those things just before he started to clear the rest of the house. I have already had an email back from the charity concerned, as they made quite a bit of money, which may well have been wasted if another company had just taken the easier route of taking those items to the tip.
