I would highly recommend the team of Marshels roofers. We had a list of things that needed fixing, from cleaning the roof tiles, removing old soffits that had asbestos to replacing drainpipes and a whole range of other things, and Marshels came back with the most competitive price and appeared to be best suited for the job. We managed to get them in in good time, didn't have to wait for weeks to commence the work. Very considerate, clean, friendly, happy to explain what they were doing and why. We were also given some options for some of the work, and advised as to what would be cheaper and what would be more robust / durable. A great team of people, came in at arranged time and left the place tidy. Highly recommend.

We watched 'I believe in unicorns' at Polka Theatre in February 2018 - it was fantastic! A great theatre venue, very spacious, with a fenced off small playground area at the back, and a great choice of shows on offer. It's just a short walk away from Wimbledon station and all the cafes and restaurants, and is easily reached from the South Park Gardens. Will come back for more!

The cafe gets 4 stars for really generous portions, especially kids meals. The cafe seemed busy downstairs but has plenty of seating upstairs. Service was quick, we didn't feel rushed, kids were given a complimentary lollipop and we had a good time. Pity they didn't have any fish & chips on the menu - apparently, that offer is in the evening menu only.

We popped in into Lion and Lamb on a Saturday morning, and absolutely loved our breakfast. This is a child-friendly place, very well situated, makes great hot chocolate and uses linen napkins instead of paper, which is great for environment. We'll be coming back for more!

This is my favourite charity shop, with plenty of books, kids toys, and even fabrics to choose from. Lovely staff, and great location.

We've used Mytchett Fencing services three times - each time for a different section of the fencing around our property. John and his team were always very professional at inspecting, giving a quote, arriving on time, carrying out the work and clearing the site. When faced with problems (i.e. the ground in one section was sloping, wasn't evident during the initial inspection) they worked them out and did what was aesthetically and structurally the best solution. I'd highly recommend using Mytchett Fencing.

Caracoli in Guildford is set in a really convenient location and is perfect for a quick lunch. The seating is great, and service is quick. Love the avocado / bacon lunch!

Farnham Maltings usually put together an exciting programme of events for both grown ups and children, offering a great range of things to do and to see - from crafts, arts and knitting festivals, to stand-up comedy evenings, curry nights and classic music concerts for children. There's plenty of parking, an on-site cafe and always helpful staff. Will come back for more!
