Excellent customer service, forgot to include a product on my order. Phoned Hydravalve up straight away and the staff were friendly and helpful and told me I didn't have to pay additional postage and they'd include it with my first order. Arrived next day, needless to say with be using them again.

Simply and easy when collecting goods. Done it several times now and love it as haven't got to search for the products yourself
