Above and beyond from start to finish. John Knowles Broughton Funeral Services provided exceptional care throughout the entire process. Sarah was empathetic, respectful, and knowledgeable, making a very difficult time much easier to navigate.

The ladies at the Saltney branch showed genuine care and respect when we visited our late mother, and on the day of the funeral John and the drivers were exceptional, with perfectly planned routes and seamless organisation.

From first contact to the final moments, the service was truly outstanding. Highly recommended.
