James was very prompt at calling out to fix the fault in my electric in my static caravan in Newcastle,he arrived when he said he would and came back to finish the job by collecting the keys from the office when I wasn't there I also feel as if my caravan sockets all got a mot as the wires were all nipped to be put back together. I was a bit weary off using someone from Google as I thought they would cost me a arm and a leg not knowing them but james very reasonable and professional and I would highly recommend james ans most definitely use his company if I ever need a electrician again 😀
