When I rang to make an appointment they said they aim to get out to the customer the next day, they even offer Saturday appointments at no extra cost.
The chap rang 30 minutes before he turned up as promised, so we weren’t stuck indoors all afternoon. He managed to find our home-possibly the first tradesperson ever to do so, as it’s tricky to find. We put up with our barking dogs and fixed the problem within minutes. Very happy with the whole experience.

I rang Ollie first thing on a Monday morning and left a message. Then because I was getting in a panic I rang another firm and booked them in. However when Ollie returned my call I felt more comfortable with him so I cancelled the other firm and booked Ollie. He came out within a few hours, was honest, friendly and efficient, and the whole job was done within 30 minutes. Such a relief, I’m so grateful!
