What a place!! Hidden gem away from the busy centre but still close enough for a 5min taxi to it.
Food outstanding (award winning I now know) service second to none and reasonable prices given the generous portions and quality! Amazing on a match day or for a special occasion-tip:try the Stincotto-wow wow wow wow.
A must do when visiting Cardiff-or South Wales infact. Cant wait to return.

The best at what they do simply

Average food but our meal was ruined by an older blonde horrible waitress moaning to another member of staff about her house constantly and being rude and moody slamming plates down being disinterested,being annoyed and inconvenienced at our mere presence. Get rid of her and keep your business! Never again

I used them once and so did a friend. Both times you begin your tenancy with a dirty house/flat and you're promised that will be taken into account..but when I moved out they tried to charge £400 for their cleaners to clean a frankly spotless house. Thanks to photos I took I took multi claim to the dpc and won. They did the same to my friend. They are crooks that pocket £300 from each post tenancy clean that's why they do this. Yet they are happy for you to start your tenancy with used condoms under your wardrobes and inches of old cereal and dog hair under sofas aren't they?! Disgraceful. Unprofessional and rude. Go to anyone else-anyone!!!!

Lovely overall. Beautiful hotel and surrounding area. Restaurant let it down as the starters were very poor then they over charged. Twice. Then we were left waiting for ages. They also forgot the champagne and chocolates that were pre paid and supposed to be in our room on arrival so bit of a let down. Spa not really a luxurious spa but more of a standard health club in need of an update. Bit grubby and disappointing.
