We realised upon leaving the hotel that a ring had been left in the room. We tried calling the hotel straightaway but the number was out of service. We eventually received a reply to our email two days later, stating that the ring had disappeared in between us leaving the room and it being cleaned. Someone is being dishonest as the ring was definitely there - either the room was not cleaned properly and it has been taken by the next guest or it has been taken by a member of staff.

The parking was completely chaotic, cars were parked anywhere and everywhere, we were lucky to find a space when we arrived, people with larger cars than ours were driving around looking very stressed and we ended up moving our car to another space before we left for the airport as we were concerned about being blocked in. The rooms were incredibly noisy, I felt like the couple above were staying with us as we could hear everything that went on in their room, likewise anyone walking around the hotel.
