Employed to install Bosch's latest range of Ovens their performance is atrocious.
Week 1. They telephone to say they will give 2 days notice of delivery. They fail to call to arrange or respond to messages.
Week 2. They telephone to arrange delivery between 2pm and 6pm on a Friday. At 5.45 on Friday they ring to say their installers have been by delayed by 90 minutes installing equipment that the kitchen fitters had failed to set up properly. They will not now deliver before 2pm on Saturday.
Saturday they arrive and tell my wife that our kitchen has not been installed correctly and leave my wife in floods of tears with unconnected equipment in the kitchen and the garage. I was not able to be present when they arrived otherwise they would not have got away with offering a postal service instead of an installation service.
Bosch should avoid them like the plague.

Exactly the same problem. They only deliver when vans are in the area. If you can't accept delivery on their suggested date, it's back to "planning" and another 10 working day delay. Useless.
