I have used the Johnsons laundry and dry cleaning service @ Waitrose Cheltenham ever since it was established. I have been impressed by the level of personal consideration, reliability and excellent advice always provided. All members of the team are helpful and they clearly work well as a team. I have also noticed that when a customer is unreasonable they are treated with courtesy and every care is taken to try to satisfy them - how ever difficult that may be!
