I made a reservation at a time when the internet site showed availability for a range of cars. How strange then to be called on the day I was supposed to pick up the car with the message "We have no cars". The man who called simply said "We can cancel a reservation at any time". I had rented cars many times from that branch and found the other staff courteous. I suggested towait and see if somebody cancels. "No, there will not be any," was the rude reply. Normally, ERAC will look for a car at other branches or give a free upgrade. This chap was simply rude and unprofessional.

Five years ago we started a monthly payment to Contract Heating. They would cover any problem, as long as we paid, they said. Also allegedly included was an annual check up, for a 'landlord's safety certificate'. When we asked for the check up, and remedy for a problem, they said they had stopped taking payments and now wanted a huge amount of money to carry out the work. We said never again with this company

Customer service is none existent in this branch. They want your money, but let you hang if you need help. I let the phone ring for over one hour.
