I had RNE out to replace the main trip switch that was faulty. They actually did the job Homeserve were originally meant to do! However, since Homeserve didn't treat this as an emergency (despite having no power in the flat!) I took RNE up on it instead and they came out swiftly to replace the main switch and before long, everything was all up and running.

They did a great job, were nice and efficient and were good value! Highly recommended!!
