I did my first aid refresher here today and highly recommend Adam and Helen at First Aid and Safety Training to anyone up in the northeast who need any kind of first aid or safety training, whether that be for personal use as you never know when you’ll need those life saving skills or for work/professional use!

I had a blowout today on the A1 and needed to replace the tyre as the spare that came with the car was on the wrong rim so I phoned Manea mobile tyres Ltd, Ben arrived in just under 1 hour which was very impressive for a bank holiday Sunday.

He was polite and friendly, had the new tyre fitted, balanced and on the car in no time at all and was very reasonably priced, especially for a bank holiday evening.
