From coming into my home & taking hold of my hand, Eric offered his sincere condolences. He said he would help me through this process any time of day or night & that he did. Nothing was too much trouble. I didn't know where to start who to contact and this was all sorted for me & I was pointed in the right direction when needed. His tone was carming respectful, he was totally understandable when I was unable to talk because of Grief.
The day of the comital went so smoothly, arrived at here on time. Cars shining Bright H***** had the flag neatly draped over him & the Family flowers, plus many others.
Eric walked infront of the Hearse all the way to Worsley Road.
At the Church we were pleased with the swiftness of service. Eric & his staff were helpful & careing.
I recommend Eric as I was able to visit H***** at any time I needed to in the time we were apart for the 1st time in 46 years. The comital was inevitable. Compassionate Care from Eric Birch helped me cope.
