i found myself on christmas eve with a brake problem and phoned RDS to see if they could help. very positive reply and took the car there immediately.
all i can say is that they are friendly, find out the problem , get on and do the job for a reasonable charge.
great to see old fashioned customer service and yes i believe they do care.
