my partner and I had lunch here lastt week we have been lots of times before and always enjoyed our meals but this time my partner was not happy at all after waiting for 30 minutes for our order her steak was well done she asked for medium rare and not very hot and her chips were only warm mine was perfectly medium rare and hot as they were busy due ate it as we could wait around for another steak to be cooked this is usually a great place for a steak and we have not been dissapoined before so maybe just a blip hopefully I will return again

kirtle windows came here at least six months ago to measure a window that had failed on my conservatory I only got them then as they were working on same Street I have not been able to contact them since and they have not been to replace window now another has failed and I have phoned at least twice a day but no answer I have left messages still nothing so I am not happy with them
