Kitchen cupboard doors- water damage recovery

contacted Bamfords following an attempted DIY resolution. Within the week Lee had phoned back, collected, made good and refitted the 2 doors, which considering they are 18 years old look as good as new and a perfect match to the rest of the kitchen once more.

BCS set the standard for repair and service

Recommended by another trade specialist we are so glad to have had our caravan repaired and serviced by BCS. Several areas of water ingress were quickly identified (15 year old van), prompt quotes provided and booked in a reasonable timescale given the busy time of year.
Work carried out exactly as quote, small amount of additional work requested was provided at very reasonable cost, and serviced as well.
Quality of work is high with excellent matching of timber and other materials. Any bespoke parts were manufactured on site (Main Dealer quoted to source from Germany at double the cost and 4 months lead time plus 3 months to get a slot).
Even though BCS were very busy they always had time to keep us updated and are very customer focused. Service documentation is very comprehensive (best in over 35 years caravaning we have seen) and attention to detail second to none.
Well done Paul and the team, they really do set the standard. We will return without any hesitation. Thanks.
