Turned up when arranged and although it was an awkward job to find the problem it was located and my boiler and hot water were soon back up and running. Everything was put back neatly and tidy. Very courteous man and took the time to explain what was wrong. I wouldn't hesitate to phone again if I had a problem. Excellent
