Total satisfaction, so a warm recommendation

We chanced on this firm through a leaflet in our letterbox.
An email brought a friendly, interested and thoughtful visit from Mike, who thoughtfully suggested a practical way to deal with part of our request without entailing a costly replacement. He then took sizes for and provided a front door handrail, with which we are very pleased. We were to have an estimate within hours.
In the fitting of the rail a short time later, he patiently listened to the discussions between husband and (less tall) wife about where and how to fit the rail and advised gently.
Rating? Five stars for speed of service, quality of service, care to listen to customer's needs, and reasonable pricing. We shall advise any friends or neighbours who seek metal work to look no further than Von Metal Fabrications.
