Stefan and Ashley recently carried out extensive damp proofing work in our kitchen. They were always very professional being punctual, extremely hard working and tidy. I felt that we got high quality
workmanship at a very competitive price. I would not hesitate to recommend them!!

I cannot understand this company !!
Paid my deposit on the 11th of March with a delivery expected of 8-10 weeks.
Appreciating that Covid would have an impact so rang for an update on 26th. May - received a nice reply saying closed for 7 weeks due to Covid - again not a problem. That meant a wait of 17 weeks or early July. Waited and waited - no clock in July, so emailed on 3rd August. Again nice phone call saying my clock was being worked on would be with me early September possibly late August. August goes by, no clock, didn't want to chase again too early in September so waited until the 23rd before trying to ring, only to receive a recorded message saying that they were closed until the 12th of October and no messages could be left. Followed up with an email only to get a bounce-back reply saying that they were closed until the 12th of October.
How can a company that has a customers money and property just be uncontactable for at least three weeks. It is now seven months !!!!

Brilliant company to deal with!!
Came exactly on time this morning - were a great team - worked hard and communicated very well with us - nothing was too much trouble and left no mess!! Would certainly recommend without hesitation. Thanks very much Colin and Liam.
