I purchased a sofa from this store for Christmas and didn’t try it until the next day. When I finally looked underneath, I was horrified to find it was completely rotten and disgusting. It even had a strange odor, almost like there were drugs on it. I couldn’t believe how unsanitary and unsafe it was.

To make matters worse, the staff were rude. It was clear that they didn’t care at all about customer service. The entire store seems to be selling nothing but second-rate products, and based on my experience, it should be shut down.

If I could give this place a 0/10, I absolutely would. I am completely disgusted by the way I was treated and the quality of the product I received.
