We called Eyan when our back door would not open/close or lock/unlock. He was very efficient and came to our house within a couple of days (we didn't need an emergency call out as we had access to the house via a differnt door). The lock was broken but he did not have a replacement on him at the time so fitted a temporary one. He came back and fitted a new lock very promptly. Eyan was friendly and professional. Reasonably priced as well. Would recommend to anyone!
